Windows Experience Index - Rate and improve your computer’s performance
Microsoft Windows Vista allows you to rate and improve your computer’s performance using Performance Information and Tools. This is measured as Windows Experience Index.
The Windows Experience Index measures the capability of your computer’s hardware and software configuration and expresses this measurement as a number called a base score.A higher base score generally means that your computer will perform better and faster than a computer with a lower base score, especially when performing more advanced and resource-intensive tasks.
Shown blelow is my PC’s components score.
And you can notice that my base score is 2.5 and this determined by my lowest subscore which is recorded for the Graphics component. And there are ways to improve your computer’s performance by optimizing different tasks in your PC.
Now it is time for me to improve my Graphics and Gaming Graphics score.
